My name is Tony Wanless and I’m here to help.

If you “Google” me…you’ll see I’m mostly known as a professional writer and a certified management consultant.

…but another thing you should know is that I have extensive experience and an incredible passion for innovation and reinvention.

And I’ve put together a program to guide you in your reinvention.

You see, I’ve been reinventing my whole life. At various times, I’ve been an immigrant, an engineering student, a street vendor, a tour guide of Amsterdam’s colorful night life, a crime reporter, an art critic, a publisher,  a teacher, a business journalist, a husband and parent, a creative thinking and innovation consultant.

Over time, I learned the secrets to successful reinvention the hard way. As a management consultant, I put them into a more formal context.

Until recently, I have been reluctant to share these techniques…

I’ve usually applied them when helping my corporate clients. This is my bread and butter and I didn’t want to teach my process to other people.

But this all changed…I was at party with friends…several of whom had been recently downsized and they all had a wide breadth of knowledge and contacts in the world, but could not find suitable work.

If they did find jobs, they were usually far different from what they wanted to do, and often for pay that was way below their current level. If they started businesses, they struggled.

All were asking: WHAT’S NEXT?

As I started to hear more of these stories, I started to share with them some of the strategies and techniques I used to help companies make transitions or reinvent themselves.

That’s when I started teaching entrepreneurial reinvention to individuals…

So far, I’ve been doing it as a blog, and in a newsletter. I’ve; mostly been helping friends and family and people or businesses they refer to me.  But as it became clear that many agents, consultants, coaches, and other independent entrepreneurial professionals were seeking help, people started suggesting that I create an e-learning course to help with their transformation. So I’m writing one.

I’m also going to start tele-consulting on the subject. Actually I already have, for people in Britain, Canada and the U.S.  But only when the contacted me and asked me.
